1. Data we collect
Account info (email, name, avatar, provider IDs for Google/Steam logins), play history (rounds, wagers, payouts), wallet ledger entries, session IPs + user agents (fraud + compliance), and legal-acceptance timestamps.
2. How we use it
Running the games, preventing abuse, paying out correctly, providing customer support, meeting our licensing obligations, and responding to valid legal requests. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
Service providers we use (payment processors, skin-market APIs, analytics, email) process data only as our processors. We disclose data only when required by law or to protect users from fraud.
4. Retention
Financial and wager logs are retained for the period required by our licensing authority (typically 5 years after account closure). Other data is deleted or anonymized when it's no longer needed.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies (session, CSRF) and optional analytics cookies. The analytics cookies can be disabled from your browser without breaking the site.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed (argon2 / bcrypt). Sessions are JWT-based with expiration. All traffic is TLS-encrypted. We don't store raw card data. Payment providers handle that side directly.
8. Children
Our service is not intended for anyone under legal gambling age (see Terms §2). We do not knowingly collect data from minors; accounts identified as underage are closed immediately.
