1. Who we are
mumu.gg ("we", "us") operates a CS2 skins-based gambling platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you ("player") enter a binding agreement with us.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, at minimum 18 years old, or 21 where required by local law. Gambling is prohibited in certain jurisdictions; you are solely responsible for ensuring it is legal where you live. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and funds confiscated to the extent permitted by law.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and never share your account. One account per person. We may verify your identity, age, and funding source at any time.
4. Deposits, wagers, and withdrawals
All wagers are final once placed. Item-based withdrawals are handled through our third-party partners and depend on market availability; timing may vary. We reserve the right to cancel wagers affected by bugs, abuse, or provider outages.
5. Fair play
Game outcomes are provably fair and cryptographically committed before betting opens (see each game's "provably fair" proof). Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, via bots, API abuse, or exploiting bugs, results in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
6. Responsible gambling
Gambling can be addictive. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, use our self-exclusion tools or contact GamCare or your local help line.
7. Liability
We provide the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses from service interruptions, price fluctuations on third-party item markets, or regulatory changes.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. When a new version is published, you will be asked to re-accept it on your next visit. Continuing to play after acceptance binds you to the updated terms.
